# Seasonal Airdrop

Rewarded to users who use Houdini DEX the most

Houdini Finance features a leaderboard ranking for users based on the volume they swapped/traded on the DEX.

This means that every quarter of the year, Houdini DEX will have a seasonal airdrop.

The seasonal airdrop tokens will come from a portion of the reward distribution pool [Tokenomics: HDNI](/houdini-finance/tokenomics-hdni.md)

This reward mechanism will incentives users to use Houdini DEX and build daily volume.

**Season 1:**\
Starts: July 1st, 2023\
Ends: September 30th, 2023

**Season 2:**\
Starts: October 1st, 2023\
Ends: December 31, 2023

**Season 3-4:** \
Starts 2024
